These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bk8mya platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bk8mya. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 These Terms are supplemented by the bk8mya Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.3 bk8mya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the bk8mya Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bk8mya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active bk8mya Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. bk8mya may, at its discretion, require you to submit documentary verification of any information provided.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the bk8mya Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bk8mya makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bk8mya will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.2 You must notify bk8mya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. Notification should be made via the live chat support facility available on the Platform.
4.3 You must not permit any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf. bk8mya Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.4 bk8mya may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication and device verification, to protect Account integrity. You agree to cooperate with such measures.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk8mya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via eWallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically credited within minutes during bank operating hours. bk8mya does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. bk8mya may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. bk8mya reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
5.4 Bonus Funds. Funds credited as Bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. Real-money funds deposited by you may be withdrawn at any time, subject to active bonus wagering requirements that may lock a portion of your balance.
5.5 Fraudulent Transactions. bk8mya reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other prohibited activity.
6.1 bk8mya may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including minimum odds requirements, eligible games, time limits, and wagering requirements.
6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers. bk8mya reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Bonus at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, use of betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or coordination with other users for the same purpose — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in Account suspension.
6.4 bk8mya reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings credited in error.
7.1 All wagers placed on the bk8mya Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event, as published within the Platform. In the event of a dispute, those game-specific rules shall govern.
7.2 Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or void facility for the relevant bet type, and you exercise that facility before the applicable deadline.
7.3 bk8mya reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placing the bet (commonly referred to as "past posting").
7.4 In the event of a technical error, network failure, or platform malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, bk8mya will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the correct outcome from available records. Where this is not possible, bk8mya reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Account.
7.5 bk8mya may, at its discretion, impose maximum stake limits on any game, market, or event. These limits may be applied at the account level based on betting history and risk profiling.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8mya Platform:
bk8mya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the bk8mya Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and interface design, is the property of bk8mya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bk8mya.
10.1 bk8mya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 bk8mya may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering obligations.

11.3 Age Restriction: The bk8mya Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Users who are found to be under 21 will have their Accounts closed immediately, all wagers voided, and any net deposits returned after deduction of any winnings already paid out in contravention of this restriction.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk8mya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
12.2 bk8mya's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 bk8mya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where bk8mya has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your Account presents a risk to bk8mya, other users, or third parties.
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting bk8mya support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money funds remaining in your Account (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.3 Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15) shall continue to apply.
14.1 bk8mya may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bk8mya will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bk8mya's operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bk8mya's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution process specified under the applicable gaming regulatory framework.
15.2 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
